We have been fortunate to build a global team full of amazing people at HotWax Systems. One of the very best is Patrick Gibbons.
Patrick is a client-facing ERP expert who has been working at HotWax for years, and I am proud to say that he has recently been promoted to Vice President, Client Experience.
Patrick first started with HotWax in early 2008, and he has been one of our best project managers, sales reps, account managers, Apache OFBiz Accelerator demo-ers, and all-around team players ever since.
Based in our company headquarters on Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, Patrick is a steadying force at the office. We can always count on him to keep a level head in a moment of stress, share a clever perspective otherwise missed by the group, and generally handle any odd thing that the team throws at him during our daily stand-up meeting.
Patrick also knows how to have fun! We can’t be 100% serious all the time — anyway, who would want to be? So when the time comes for a wild party at an event we’re sponsoring (see photo), an appropriately timed wry joke, or a celebratory toast, Patrick is the man for the job.
